該類型閥門是一-款衛(wèi)生型自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)操作的蝶閥系列，廣泛用于不銹鋼管道系統(tǒng)內(nèi)需調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)流量的部分。
The series of this valve is a kind of sanitary pneumatic or manual handle butterfly valve,which are widely used in stainless steel pipeline system to control and regulate medium flow.
工作原理WORK PRINCIPLE:
蝶閥既可以通過執(zhí)行器進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程遙控操作,也可以通過手柄人工操控。
執(zhí)行器是將一個(gè)活塞的軸向運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為閥門軸的90°旋轉(zhuǎn) ,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)管道流體的控制和開/關(guān)任務(wù)。氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器裝置有三種標(biāo)準(zhǔn):常開(NO)型,常閉(NC)型，氣/氣(A/A)型。
鴨嘴式手動(dòng)操作用的多位手柄可通過15°位置的調(diào)節(jié)將閥廣]機(jī)械式鎖定在其開啟或關(guān)閉的12個(gè)位置,達(dá)到控制介質(zhì)流量的目的。
拉桿式手柄通過3個(gè)多功能定位,將閥[ ]機(jī)械式鎖定在其開啟或關(guān)閉的3個(gè)位置上,也達(dá)到控制介質(zhì)流量的目的。
This kind of valve can be handled both by manual or an electric actuator,and also can be handled by a pneumatic actuator.Actuator is to cover the axial movement of piston to be 90'rotation of valve shaft.So that the valve can be open or close to achieve the requirement of control and open/close for the pipeline system.They have three type of actuator: normally open(NO),normally cdlosed(NC,air/air(A/A).
Multi position handle regulates the valve by 15*in its open or close 12 seatand achieve control of medium flow purpose.Pulling handle regulates the valve through three multi-function positioning, in its open or close three position,and also achieves control of medium flow purpose.
